Nicholas D’Agosto, born April 17, 1980, in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, is an American actor.
D’Agosto’s father is Italian and his mother is of Dutch and English descent. He was very involved in drama and theatre growing up, acting in many different plays and musicals. He attended Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha and graduated in 1998. D’Agosto attended Marquette University, where he obtained bachelor degrees in both history and theatre.
His big break came when he was cast as the ethical committee chairman Larry Fouch in the 1999 dark teenage comedy “Election”. The following year, he starred in the gay comedy thriller, “Psycho Beach Party”. In 2002, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a full-time acting career.
D’Agosto quickly landed appearances on primetime television series and movies such as “Cold Case”, “Breakout Kings”, “Mardi Gras: Spring Break”, “Dirty Girl” and “Final Destination 5”.
