Mario Casas, born June 12, 1986, in La Coruña, Galicia, Spain, is a Spanish actor.
Casas was born and raised in the neighborhood of A Coruña until the age of 8 when he, along with his family, moved to Barcelona, where he began working as a model and went on to study theatre in Madrid.
Casas made his acting debut in 2005 in the soap opera “Obsesión”. The following year, he starred in another TV series “Mujeres”. More acting offers soon followed. However, it was not until he starred in the popular Spanish TV series, “Los hombres de Paco (Paco’s Men)”, when he made his first breakthrough, in which he played the sexy police officer Aitor Carrasco for 78 episodes from 2007 to 2010.
By 2012, Casas rapidly finds himself becoming an in-demand actor starring in two telenovelas “The Mule” and “El barco”.
