Jai Courtney, born in March 1986, in Sydney, Australia, is an Australian actor who is best known for his roles as Varro in “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” and as Jack in “A Good Day to Die Hard.”

Courtney made his acting debut in 2008 when he locked the lead role in the hit Australian series “Packed to the Rafters” and a guest lead in the popular “All Saints.”

Courtney’s big break came in 2010 when he landed the role of Varro in STARZ’s “Spartacus: Blood and Sand,” which gave him the exposure to secure roles opposite big stars in Tom Cruise’s “Jack Reacher” opposite Tom Cruise, and the fourth sequel to Bruce Willis’s “Die Hard” — “Good Day to Die Hard.”
